1. Agreement Terms
1.1 This Square Symphony - Match User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the game developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Developer") regarding your use of the game Square Symphony - Match (hereinafter referred to as "this Game").
1.2 By downloading, installing, or starting to use this Game through app stores (including but not limited to the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other platforms), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please immediately cease using this Game. If, in accordance with platform rules or legal requirements, you must confirm a new version of this Agreement to continue using the Game, you must complete the corresponding confirmation process; otherwise, you may be unable to continue using this Game.
1.4 We reserve the right to revise this Agreement from time to time as needed. Revised terms will take effect upon publication within the Game or on our official website. It is recommended that you review this Agreement periodically.
1.5 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Game services at any time and may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or restrict your access to the Game.
2. Access and Use of Service
2.1 You are solely responsible for any network communication and related charges incurred in accessing and using this service.
2.2 Using this service indicates that you confirm you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use this service after your legal guardian has read and agreed to this Agreement.
2.3 All risks associated with downloading and using this Game are your sole responsibility.
3. Account and Data
3.1 This Game is a casual game that can be played without registering an account.
3.2 Game data is primarily stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing the cache, or changing devices may result in the loss of game progress. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for such losses.
3.3 iCloud Backup (iOS devices only): You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game progress. This feature is provided by Apple, and its data management is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and policies.
4. Fees and Purchase Terms
4.1 In-game virtual currency (such as coins, diamonds, etc.) can only be obtained through official in-game channels. We reserve the right to remove any virtual currency or items obtained through unofficial, illegal, or improper means without prior notice.
4.2 Virtual currency and items are for use only within this Game and may not be exchanged for fiat currency, physical goods, or transferred to others.
4.3 We reserve the right, with reasonable notice, to adjust the types, prices, or functions of virtual currency and items.
5. User Conduct and Content
5.1 All your actions while using the service (including any content generated) must not infringe upon any third-party rights and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 You agree to adhere to public order, good customs, and relevant codes of conduct. In the event of any violation of this Agreement, we reserve the right to take measures, including but not limited to suspending or banning accounts.
5.3 Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized third-party programs, exploitation of game vulnerabilities, disruption of normal service operations, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights contained in this Game (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, art assets, character designs, etc.) are owned by the Developer. No individual or entity may reproduce or use any part of this Game in any manner without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 This Game service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure, third-party service issues, or your improper use of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
9. Governing Law
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10. Severability
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Assignment of Agreement
11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to affiliated parties or acquirers without your consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
